Vietnam MICE EXPO 2025 is set to take place on September 26, 2025, at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi. Organized by the Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA) and its MICE Tourism Chapter, the event will be held under the theme “Heritage & Technology in the New Era.” It is expected to attract over 800 domestic and international enterprises and more than 1,500 delegates from across the tourism and event sectors.

The expo aims to connect MICE stakeholders, strengthen sectoral linkages, and promote Vietnam’s cultural identity alongside modern technological advancements. Speaking at a press briefing, Cao Thi Ngoc Lan, Standing Vice Chairwoman of VITA, emphasized Vietnam’s potential as a MICE destination and highlighted the importance of collaboration among travel agencies, hotels, and service providers to make the 2025 edition a success.

Nguyen Duc Anh, Chairman of the MICE Tourism Chapter, stated that the theme reflects a strategic dual vision: leveraging Vietnam’s rich heritage to craft unique experiences, while embracing technology to boost competitiveness and operational efficiency. The event will focus on three pillars — cultural identity, technological transformation, and global connectivity.

Key features include B2B business matching sessions, a Tech Zone showcasing digital innovations for the MICE sector, and seminars exploring heritage-driven experiences and tech-enabled event management. Special community activities such as the VMA Pickleball Cup and a virtual race titled “One Round of Vietnam” will also be held to mark the 65th anniversary of Vietnam’s tourism industry.

With strong support from Hanoi’s Department of Tourism, Vietnam MICE EXPO 2025 is poised to become a major platform for business networking, innovation exchange, and international tourism growth.
