Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), in partnership with Bastian Hospitality, has launched Maison Twenty-Seven, an integrated lifestyle, hospitality and wellness destination at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA), Ahmedabad. The new development is located adjacent to Terminal 2 (T2), near the arrivals area, marking a significant expansion of AAHL’s vision to transform airports into dynamic lifestyle ecosystems beyond traditional transit hubs.
Spread across 52,000 square feet, Maison Twenty-Seven has been designed as a first-of-its-kind airport-linked experience centre that blends luxury dining, wellness, fitness, recovery, entertainment, and curated social spaces under one roof. The destination caters not only to travellers but also to business professionals, families, and urban consumers in Ahmedabad and the surrounding GIFT City corridor.
The project reflects AAHL’s broader strategy of developing airport-centric urban ecosystems, further strengthened by its collaborations aimed at building hospitality-linked infrastructure across key Indian cities. For Bastian Hospitality, the launch represents its most ambitious expansion as it completes a decade of operations in India’s premium dining and lifestyle segment.
Maison Twenty-Seven features layered architectural design with open, light-filled spaces, greenery, and immersive social zones. Its culinary offerings are rooted in Bastian’s signature hospitality philosophy, adapted for modern travel, wellness, and lifestyle-driven consumption patterns, covering everything from transit dining to business meetings and casual experiences.
Wellness is a central focus of the destination, offering advanced facilities including cryotherapy, HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy), steam and sauna rooms, plunge pools, flotation therapy, yoga, sound healing, salon services, and fitness zones. The space is designed as an urban retreat promoting recovery, relaxation, and mindful living.
The destination operates on a reservation-based model along with curated day-pass access, encouraging flexible engagement and repeat visits. Speaking on the launch, leaders from AAHL and Bastian Hospitality highlighted the project’s role in redefining how airports integrate hospitality, wellness, and community experiences into modern travel infrastructure.
