The Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB), in collaboration with 11 industry partners including Shahdag Mountain Resort and Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), has conducted a series of roadshows across Saudi Arabia from 24 to 26 November to position Azerbaijan as a year-round travel destination.
The roadshows were held in Jeddah, Al Khobar, and Riyadh, attracting over 200 Saudi travel companies and media professionals. The events showcased Azerbaijan’s wide-ranging tourism offerings, with a strong focus on health and wellness experiences, halal-friendly hospitality, and family-oriented travel options. Each city stop featured in-depth destination presentations along with B2B meetings that enabled stakeholders to discuss collaboration opportunities and explore customized travel products for the Saudi market.
ATB continues to enhance its visibility and engagement within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Backed by simplified visa procedures and frequent direct flights from major Saudi cities, these efforts are contributing to the rising number of Saudi visitors and reinforcing Azerbaijan’s position as an attractive and emerging destination in the region.
