Bengal MICE Conclave 2025:Showcasing Kolkata as South Asia’s Leading MICE Destination

The Bengal MICE Conclave 2025, a landmark event in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, is set to take place from February 4 to 6, 2025, at the prestigious ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar, Kolkata. Organized by the India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), in collaboration with the Tourism Department, Government of West Bengal, and the Bengal Global Business Summit (BGBS), this conclave aims to position West Bengal as a leading MICE destination in South Asia.
 
The event offers several key highlights designed to foster business and networking opportunities. These include B2B meetings to facilitate targeted interactions between buyers and sellers, as well as reverse marketing sessions that give sellers direct access to prospective buyers. Attendees will also enjoy exclusive networking opportunities, with a gala dinner at Taj Tal Kutir on February 4, 2025, and a cultural program and dinner hosted by the West Bengal Government at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre on February 5, 2025. The event also features insightful sessions and exhibitions, with participation from associations, medical and engineering institutes, the corporate sector, and technology firms. The event will conclude with a valedictory session at the iconic Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium on February 6, 2025.

It underscores the expanding footprint of the MICE sector across India, extending beyond traditional hubs like Delhi-NCR,” shared Amit Saroj, Treasurer, ICPB.
