BLTM 2025 Kicks Off at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi

The 7th edition of BLTM 2025 (Business + Leisure Travel and MICE) officially opens today at the state-of-the-art Yashobhoomi (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi. Organized by Fairfest Media Limited, the three-day event, running until September 13, provides a dynamic platform for industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and explore new business opportunities.

The event brings together over 800 exhibitors from more than 20 countries, featuring a wide range of destinations, tourism boards, destination management companies (DMCs), and MICE venues. With more than 500 curated hosted buyers and an anticipated footfall of 15,000 trade visitors, including corporate travel planners, MICE organizers, and leisure travel professionals, BLTM 2025 is set to be a landmark gathering. The event also plans over 20,000 pre-scheduled meetings, facilitating meaningful business interactions and partnerships.

The event is supported by several prestigious partners and associations. The Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, recognizes the growing importance of the MICE sector in India. Key industry bodies like the Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) and the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) are also backing the event, along with global associations such as Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Organizations like the International Centre for Responsible Tourism (ICRT), EEMA (Event and Entertainment Management Association), and the Social Tourism India Alliance (STIA) further underscore BLTM 2025’s commitment to sustainable, responsible, and socially conscious tourism practices.

The Indian outbound MICE tourism market is projected to reach USD 13.4 billion by 2031, highlighting the significance of events like BLTM 2025 in connecting global suppliers with Indian buyers.
