Ciel Dubai Marina has officially opened as a new addition to IHG’s Vignette Collection. The property, developed by The First Group, is located in Dubai Marina, comprising 82 floors that rise 377 meters above the city. The hotel includes an infinity pool and serves as a new feature in the city’s skyline. Managed by The First Group Hospitality, the hotel aims to offer individualized stays, reflecting the Vignette Collection’s strategy of connecting guests to the destination and local culture.

The property is home to several destination dining venues. Tattu, a UK-born Asian restaurant concept, is established across three levels, including a restaurant on Level 74, the Tattu Sky Pool on Level 76, and the Sky Lounge & Terrace on Level 81. West 13 features Mediterranean dishes, including handmade pastas and bakery items. East 14 offers an Asian buffet with various options such as ramen, pho, sushi, and curries. Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery provides an all-day menu.

Wellness facilities include a 24-hour gym and a spa on Level 61, which is set to open in February 2026. Guests have access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Services for families include a Kids Club and Splash Pad. Business travelers and Executive Club guests can use Nest on Level 16, which provides meeting spaces and refreshments.

The hotel has introduced the Morning Hydration Ritual, offering blended waters at the pool and gym. Furthermore, Ciel Dubai Marina is supporting future talent through a partnership with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA). This collaboration focuses on providing training workshops and career opportunities for aspiring culinary professionals.

The location offers access to Dubai Marina’s dining and shopping areas, as well as the JBR beachfront and the Bluewaters destination. The hotel provides direct access to the Marina boardwalk and connections to local tram and metro services. Vignette Collection is IHG’s first collection brand and has grown to 27 open hotels.
