Celebrating the enduring culinary romance between Delhi and its rich food heritage, Dilli 6 – Ishq-e-Dilli has returned with its much-anticipated 16th edition at Edesia, Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla. The festival is being held from 16th February to 1st March, offering guests an immersive dining experience inspired by the timeless flavours of the capital.
More than a festive seasonal offering, Ishq-e-Dilli serves as a tribute to Delhi’s vibrant culinary legacy, where traditional recipes, nostalgic aromas, and authentic tastes come together to reflect the city’s cultural essence. Continuing a legacy of over 15 years, this edition presents a carefully curated menu that draws inspiration from the iconic street food and heritage kitchens of Old Delhi.
The festival showcases a wide selection of classic delicacies cherished by generations of Delhiites. Guests can savour popular street favourites such as patta chaat, papdi chaat, and bhalla chaat, reminiscent of the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk. The experience is further elevated with slow-cooked specialties including mutton nihari, chicken korma, paneer pakeeza, alongside an assortment of traditional kebabs and aromatic biryanis, blending authenticity with contemporary presentation.
Complementing the culinary journey, Edesia offers an inviting ambience featuring heritage-inspired décor, warm lighting, and soft instrumental music, creating an atmosphere that celebrates not only Valentine’s season but also Delhi’s deep emotional and cultural connection with food.
