With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Amrit brings deep expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, budgeting, sales and marketing, and guest services. He has held leadership roles in prominent hospitality chains such as The Fern, Royal Orchid, and Clarks Inn, contributing significantly to pre-opening hotel projects, branding, recruitment, and training. His professional journey reflects a consistent focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strategic revenue growth.
Amrit’s leadership style is marked by his ability to build and lead high-performance teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Having served as a Head of Department for over a decade and as a Hotel Manager (Unit Head) for two and a half years, he has driven innovative practices that have positively impacted profitability and brand positioning.
