Hampton by Hilton, part of the global Hilton portfolio, is set to expand its presence in India with the signing of five new hotels through a strategic partnership with NILE Hospitality. This move marks a significant step in scaling the brand across the country and tapping into India’s growing midscale hospitality segment.

The new properties, comprising over 350 keys, will be located in Amritsar (two hotels), Vrindavan, Raipur, and Lonavala, and are expected to open over the next two years. These hotels will bring Hilton’s trusted global standards to India, while incorporating localized design, services, and amenities to cater to Indian travelers’ preferences.

Hampton by Hilton is known for its consistent focus on comfort, quality, and friendly service, famously branded as “Hamptonality.” In India, the brand plans to enhance this experience with thoughtful adaptations, including optimized room layouts, fully equipped fitness centers, and a strong emphasis on rest with premium bedding. Guests will also benefit from an elevated Food & Beverage offering, featuring regionally inspired breakfast options, a 24/7 coffee station, and the brand’s innovative “Sunny Sides” restaurant, offering complimentary breakfast tailored for the Indian market.

Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President of Development, Asia-Pacific, Hilton, highlighted that the partnership with NILE Hospitality represents a milestone in bringing Hilton’s global expertise to more travelers across India. He emphasized the tremendous potential for growth in the Indian midscale segment and the brand’s commitment to delivering quality and reliable hospitality experiences.

Jenny Milos, Vice President, Brand Management, Suites & Focused Service, Asia-Pacific, Hilton, added that the expansion strategy balances global consistency with regional customization. This ensures guests receive the hallmark Hampton by Hilton experience while enjoying services tailored to local expectations and cultural nuances.

Vikram Singh Chauhan, Founder and CEO of NILE Hospitality, said the collaboration reflects an insight-driven approach to selecting cities with high tourism and business potential, such as Amritsar, Vrindavan, Raipur, and Lonavala. He noted that the demand for quality branded midscale hotels in these markets continues to outpace supply, providing an opportunity for Hampton by Hilton to establish a strong foothold.

All Hampton by Hilton hotels participate in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, offering members benefits such as flexible bookings, exclusive discounts, free Wi-Fi, and access to digital tools like mobile check-in and Digital Key, enhancing convenience and engagement for frequent travelers.

With this expansion, Hampton by Hilton aims to strengthen its position in India’s midscale hospitality market, delivering a globally trusted brand experience that is locally relevant, comfortable, and accessible for travelers across the country.
