Aditya Pande has been named Group Chief Executive Officer of InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent firm of domestic carrier IndiGo, effective March 1, 2024.
According to a statement from Interglobe, Pande will be in charge of establishing the company’s overall strategy, managing its line of business, and managing the corporate staff activities, with the exception of IndiGo.
Following a three-year tenure as chief financial officer (CFO) at B2B e-commerce firm Udaan, Pande joined Interglobe. This is the latest departure from the startup among an increasing number of high-level executives who have left in recent months. He had previously held positions at Arthur Andersen, General Electric, and IndiGo. Aditya provides a wealth of expertise in interacting with analysts, investors, and business partners.
Rakul Bhatia, CEO of InterGlobe Enterprises, will receive reports from the executive, who has over 25 years of expertise, as will all current direct reports.
“This imperative move by InterGlobe is to strengthen its current Leadership team as it moves ahead with its ambitious and diversified global plans,” the organization stated in a statement.
