ITB India 2025, the fourth edition of the prestigious travel trade show, is set to take place from 2nd to 4th September 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. Organized by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, the event will bring together global travel leaders and innovators under the theme “The Business of Experience: Curated Travel for Targeted Growth.” This year’s focus highlights the growing demand for personalized, emotionally driven travel experiences across both the leisure and MICE sectors.

The trade fair will be co-located with MICE Show India and Travel Tech India, offering an integrated platform for buyers and sellers across travel verticals. With over 400 exhibitors expected from countries like Finland, Italy, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, and Sri Lanka, ITB India 2025 is also preparing to host more than 600 qualified buyers and up to 8,000 attendees. The event aims to enhance strategic partnerships and open new business opportunities, particularly in wellness, adventure, film tourism, and cultural exploration.

Interactive zones and experiential showcases will be central attractions this year. From live food tastings and wellness demonstrations to VR tourism simulations and cultural activations, ITB India 2025 promises an immersive environment for both business networking and brand storytelling. Dedicated spotlight sessions will cover key travel trends and niche verticals such as cinematic tourism, sustainable travel models, AI-powered personalization, and ROI-focused curated travel design.

The Buyer Elite Programme will return with strong support from Indian associations including ADTOI, ATOAI, NIMA, and Tourism India Alliance, ensuring high-level B2B connections and knowledge-sharing. According to Darren Seah, Executive Director of Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, India and South Asia continue to emerge as travel powerhouses, making ITB India 2025 an essential hub for strategic engagement, innovation, and sustainable growth.

With its dynamic programming and curated agenda, ITB India 2025 is poised to become one of Asia’s most influential events for forward-thinking tourism professionals looking to stay ahead of market trends and deliver authentic, high-value experiences.
