ITC Hotels Limited has unveiled a significant expansion of its experiential boutique brand, Storii by ITC Hotels, with the launch of four new properties in some of India’s most iconic wildlife destinations. The move reaffirms the company’s strategic focus on nature‑driven hospitality experiences and supports the broader growth of wildlife tourism across the country.
The new portfolio will debut in Jawai, Ranthambore, Sasan Gir, and Dhari Gir, each offering uniquely immersive stays that connect guests with the natural environment, wildlife and local culture. Together, these properties expand Storii’s presence in India and bolster ITC Hotels’ experiential offerings outside traditional hospitality hubs.
At the heart of the expansion is Storii by ITC Hotels Jawai, set against the dramatic granite hills of Rajasthan. This intimate retreat will feature 15 guestrooms along with premium luxury tents, giving visitors opportunities to spot leopards and diverse birdlife, participate in nature walks and unwind in scenic outdoor settings. The property is being developed in partnership with 1st Gate Luxe Private Limited, which aims to highlight the region’s distinctive landscape and traditions while delivering personalised guest experiences.
In nearby Ranthambore National Park, Storii’s presence will be marked by a 40‑room boutique retreat near one of India’s most celebrated tiger reserves. Designed to reflect the ambience of the surrounding wilderness, the Ranthambore property will offer open‑air lounges, nature‑inspired design elements and curated wildlife activities focused on tiger sightings and forest exploration.
Storii’s expansion also reaches Gujarat’s Gir National Park, home to the iconic Asiatic lion. Storii Sasan Gir will feature 26 guestrooms nestled among lush mango orchards with forest‑facing views and intimate garden sit‑outs. Meanwhile, Storii Dhari Gir, set on the quieter edge of the Gir ecosystem, will provide 60 spacious rooms that immerse guests in the calm rhythms of the natural surroundings. Both properties are expected to enhance wildlife tourism in the region and support local economic activity through increased visitor engagement.
Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels, said the expansion enables the brand to curate “nature‑led experiences that embody the brand’s intimate and distinctive character.” He noted that the new properties will strengthen Storii’s footprint while contributing meaningfully to the growth of India’s wildlife tourism ecosystem.
The addition of these destinations reinforces Storii’s unique identity within the ITC Hotels portfolio as a collection of boutique retreats that celebrate local heritage, cultural depth and environmental immersion- appealing to travellers seeking meaningful connections with nature and place.
