This iconic hotel is set to open in 2027, redefining luxury hospitality in Madrid. The hotel will be located on Alcala Street, one of Madrid’s most prominent avenues in the prestigious Canalejas area, surrounded by renowned luxury brands such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and Cartier.
This heritage-protected classical building will undergo a transformative redevelopment to become a mixed-use masterpiece, combining premium retail spaces on the ground floor with 154 elegant guest rooms and suites spanning across 10 floors and a fantastic rooftop providing breathtaking views over the city. The property’s unique location provides proximity to Madrid’s cultural and historical treasures, including Puerta del Sol, the Cibeles Fountain, National Museum El Prado, Plaza Mayor and El Retiro Park.

This project, developed in collaboration with the prestigious Lamela architecture studio, promises to become a benchmark of luxury and sophistication in the Spanish capital. The design will honor the building’s historical architecture while offering the bespoke, renowned Radisson Collection modern luxury.
