MakeMyTrip has announced a strategic partnership with Minor Hotels to expand access to more than 560 premium and luxury properties worldwide. The collaboration is part of MakeMyTrip’s broader strategy to strengthen its international hotel portfolio and enhance options for Indian travellers.

Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group with a strong presence across major destinations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Through this partnership, Indian travellers will gain access to a wide range of internationally recognised brands within the Minor Hotels portfolio, catering to both business and leisure travel needs.

The move comes as MakeMyTrip continues to see growing demand for international hotel bookings. Over the past year, the platform recorded sales across more than 77,900 unique hotels in over 4,350 cities across 192 countries, with a 17 percent increase in unique hotel bookings in 2025 compared to 2024. Notably, nearly one-third of these bookings were in the premium category, with average room-night fares exceeding ₹15,000.

At present, around 60 Minor Hotels properties are already live on the MakeMyTrip platform, with plans to scale listings across the group’s global portfolio. Several of these properties carry the “Loved by Indians” tag, which highlights hotels that offer features suited to Indian travellers, such as familiar dining options and convenient locations.

The partnership aims to deepen engagement between the two companies while enhancing the quality and range of international stays available to Indian customers. With outbound travel from India continuing to grow, the collaboration is expected to offer greater choice, comfort and convenience to travellers seeking premium and luxury accommodation worldwide.
