Millennium Hotels & Resorts (MHR) has entered a major strategic loyalty partnership with Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the operator of the renowned Taj Hotels & Resorts, aimed at enhancing travel experiences and expanding benefits for members of both brands worldwide. The collaboration merges MHR’s MyMillennium loyalty programme with Taj InnerCircle–NeuPass, offering reciprocal privileges across extensive global hotel portfolios.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Singapore-headquartered Millennium Hotels & Resorts has steadily built a strong global footprint, with award-winning properties across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. The new alliance is a significant milestone in MHR’s growth strategy, underlining its commitment to expanding its loyalty ecosystem and delivering more compelling value for travellers.
Under the partnership, members of Taj InnerCircle will gain access to Millennium’s portfolio of more than 145 hotels worldwide, enjoying a 10% discount on the Best Flexible Rate at participating MHR properties. In return, MyMillennium members will receive a reciprocal 10% discount on stays at participating Taj hotels globally, allowing travellers greater flexibility and reward opportunities wherever they journey.
This integration of loyalty platforms creates a seamless experience for loyal guests, with both programmes complementing each other’s strengths. MyMillennium has long been recognised for providing rewards not only on stays but also on dining across its hotels, while Taj InnerCircle–NeuPass continues to grow its membership base and luxury offerings.
