From February 1, 2023, Christoph Lücke takes over the project management of the maritime trade fairs SMM, MARINE INTERIORS Cruise & Ferry Global Expo and Seatrade Europe at Hamburg Messe und Congress. He succeeds Claus Ulrich Selbach, who will remain in the maritime industry as division manager.
The 37-year-old gap has been a project manager on board the SMM team since 2016 and is responsible, among other things, for the acquisition and support of customers in Germany and abroad. The portfolio of the Hamburg Messe und Congress division for maritime and technology trade fairs has continued to grow with MARINE INTERIORS, Seatrade Europe and H2 EXPO & CONFERENCE. As project manager, Christoph Lücke will concentrate fully on the further development of these maritime events. The former project manager, Claus Ulrich Selbach, will remain in the maritime industry as Head of the Maritime and Technology Trade Fairs division and, thanks to the gap, has more time for the strategy and product development of his area of responsibility.

MARINE INTERIORS, September 06-08, 2023
The MARINE INTERIORS Cruise & Ferry Global Expo, powered by SMM, takes place in odd-numbered years. Exhibitors from all areas of ship interior design are expected at the second event from September 6th to 8th, 2023, who will meet numerous top-class visitors, including decision-makers from shipping companies, shipyards and design offices. The fair runs parallel to the Seatrade Europe – Cruise and River Cruise Convention. Visitors receive free entry to both events.
Seatrade Europe, 06-08 September 2023
From 06th to 08th September 2023, Seatrade Europe will once again bring together the key players in the cruise and river cruise industry to meet, discuss and innovate for the future of the industry. The three-day event takes place in Hamburg, the center of the European cruise industry.
