The Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX) is set to take place in Dubai this year, bringing together key players in the events and wedding industry from around the world. The event, which will be held at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai from 20-22 September, will provide an opportunity for international events planners and experts to share insights and meet global venues, destinations, and events suppliers.
EPEX, the only relevant and definite MICE and wedding platform in the Middle East, is expected to attract over 200 event planners and travel experts from Africa, India, and the Middle East including Israeli outbound travel professionals. The event will feature, B2B meetings, leadership sessions from industry leaders, panel discussions, and networking opportunities over the 3 days.
In a special debut, EPEX will unveil an open vote recognition platform “EPTop50”, to celebrate the top 50 venues of the Middle East with inputs from event planners driving much of the business in the region. The initiative will continue to amplify the narrative of Dubai as a truly world-class and diverse destination for corporate and social events.
The B2B event in its 3rd consecutive year is being organized in partnership with Dubai Business Events, the city’s official convention bureau and part of the Department of Economy and Tourism, to establish Dubai as a premier business event destination.
