Uttar Pradesh is set to participate in the International and French Travel Market (IFTM) Top Resa 2025, a major international tourism trade show to be held in Paris from September 23 to 25. The state’s participation is a strategic move to attract French and European travelers and position Uttar Pradesh as a leading global destination for spiritual, cultural, and wellness tourism.

Under the guidance of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh Tourism Department is making extensive preparations to create a lasting impression at the event. The state’s pavilion will be creatively designed to showcase its rich cultural heritage, featuring intricate handicrafts, stunning artifacts, and temple-inspired architecture. This immersive experience is designed to highlight the state’s unique identity and craftsmanship.

Key destinations like Varanasi, Ayodhya, and the Buddhist Circuit will be promoted to offer foreign tourists a rich spiritual and cultural experience. The state will also highlight its strengths in other sectors, including eco-tourism, wellness and Ayurveda, and rural tourism, with offerings such as yoga centers and rural homestays.

To captivate the global audience, the UP pavilion will feature live performances of traditional dance forms like Kathak, Raas Leela, and Mayur Nritya. Innovative digital tools, such as AR-enabled selfie panels and virtual tours of key tourist destinations, will also be available to provide a modern and interactive experience. The stall’s design will be eco-friendly and sustainable, reflecting the state’s commitment to responsible tourism.

The IFTM Top Resa event is considered a key gateway to the European tourism market, bringing together travel professionals, tour operators, and investors from over 120 countries. Uttar Pradesh’s participation is expected to boost foreign tourist footfall, foster new business partnerships with Europe, and attract international investment in the state’s tourism infrastructure. This initiative is a significant step toward expanding Uttar Pradesh’s presence on the global tourism map and contributing to its economic growth.
