SITE Announces 2025 International Board of Directors; Nitin Sachdeva Elected as President

The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has announced its International Board of Directors (IBOD) for 2025, featuring esteemed professionals dedicated to advancing the incentive travel industry.

President: Nitin Sachdeva, CEO, Venture Marketing

Karim ElMinabawy, President, Emeco Travel, Egypt/Emirates

President-Elect: Hasan Dinc, Managing Director, ODS Turkey

Vice President, Membership: Marissa Fernandez, Managing Director, DMS Destination Marketing Services

Vice President, Finance: Meenaz Diamond

Vice President, Education & Certification: Jennifer Attersall, Senior Director, Client Engagement, Business Events, Destination Canada

Newly elected directors serving three-year terms include:

Kim Napolitano, Executive Director, Industry Relations and Intermediary Group Sales, Hilton

Marina Parra-Flechsig, Managing Director/Owner, Weichlein Tours + Incentives

Additionally, Caoimhe Rice, Director of Sales, Moloney & Kelly, has been elected to serve a two-year term representing Young Leaders on the SITE International Board of Directors.

Melissa Moten, Vice President, Experience & Event Solutions, The Collective | A division of BCD Meetings & Events, has been re-elected to serve a second three-year term.

Nitin Sachdeva, the newly elected President, brings over two decades of experience in the incentive travel and tourism industry.

As CEO of Venture Marketing, he has been instrumental in promoting incentive travel as a key driver for business performance and employee engagement.
