Peru has made a remarkable mark at IMEX America 2025, achieving its highest-ever level of engagement and reinforcing its standing as one of the world’s leading MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) destinations.
During its 13th consecutive participation, PROMPERÚ showcased Peru’s Meaningful Meetings platform, which drew significant attention from over 20,000 international buyers and event planners. The event was held from October 7 to 9, 2025, in Las Vegas, highlighting Peru’s growing influence as a preferred destination for incentive travel, conferences, and global business events.
Amid an impressive turnout of more than 17,000 participants and 6,000 buyers from 74 countries, Peru recorded over 400 one-on-one business meetings — its highest number to date. These interactions emphasized the rising global demand for Peru’s unique combination of luxury accommodations, vibrant cultural experiences, and advanced event infrastructure.
This year’s success further strengthens Peru’s appeal across North American, Latin American, and European markets, with event planners increasingly recognizing its ability to blend authentic experiences with seamless logistical support for large-scale events.
PROMPERÚ’s performance at IMEX America 2025 not only showcased the nation’s MICE potential but also positioned Peru as a dynamic, sustainable, and world-class destination for meaningful meetings and international gatherings.
