The 9th edition of the India International Hospitality Expo 2026 (IHE) was officially launched at a high-profile First Look Evening and Leadership Circle Introduction Event held at India Habitat Centre. The launch brought together eminent dignitaries and industry leaders, marking the beginning of one of India’s most influential business platforms for the hospitality and foodservice sector.

Organised by India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML), IHE has evolved into a trusted sourcing hub for the HORECA ecosystem. Over the years, the expo has successfully connected hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, caterers, and foodservice professionals, enabling product discovery, networking, and business growth. During the launch, Mr. Sudeep Sarcar, CEO of IEML, welcomed dignitaries and highlighted the significance of IHE as a platform that adds credibility and direction to the industry. The event also featured felicitation of HORECA leaders for their contributions.

Scheduled from August 5–8, 2026 at India Expo Centre and Mart, IHE 2026 will showcase a wide range of product segments including architecture and design, furniture and fixtures, operating supplies, commercial kitchen equipment, food and beverage solutions, technology and automation, wellness and spa, sustainable hotel supplies, and décor elements.

The expo is designed to facilitate direct engagement between exhibitors and key decision-makers such as hotel owners, general managers, procurement heads, chefs, F&B directors, and institutional buyers. The event will also feature B2B meetings, culinary masterclasses, competitions, awards, and knowledge sessions to enhance industry interaction.

A key highlight of this edition is the introduction of “Madhumandapam,” a curated segment in association with SPIRITZ, focusing on mixology, wine, and premium beverage experiences.

IHE 2026 is expected to host over 1,000 brands from India and abroad, with participation from 16+ countries and more than 25,000 trade visitors, including 500+ hosted buyers. As India’s hospitality industry continues to expand, IHE remains a vital platform for innovation, collaboration, and business growth.
