The International Luxury Hotel Association’s (ILHA) 16th edition of its marquee event, INSPIRE USA 2025, is set to take place on 10–11 December at Resorts World Las Vegas. This gathering is positioned as a significant business-to-business (B2B) forum focused on the luxury hospitality sector. The two-day summit is structured to facilitate deal-making through a blend of curated one-on-one sessions, networking opportunities, and exhibition floors designed to showcase cutting-edge solutions for upscale hotels.
INSPIRE USA has established itself as an annual convergence point for key participants in the global luxury lodging ecosystem. The forum brings together owners, operators, asset managers, developers, investors, and hospitality-service providers to exchange insights and collectively discuss the future of the industry. The 2025 event anticipates the attendance of over 1,000 senior-level professionals, including hotel owners, operators, management companies, asset managers, developers, design and build firms, hospitality-service vendors, investors, and other decision-makers.
To foster meaningful engagement, INSPIRE provides a “Hosted Buyer Programme,” which may offer complimentary passes to selected hotel owners, operators, procurement professionals, and buyers for hotel companies, provided they meet specific qualification criteria.
A notable roster of industry veterans and executives is confirmed to speak at the summit. Confirmed speakers include Horst Schulze, Co-founder and former president of Ritz-Carlton; Daniel Peek, President of JLL Hotels & Hospitality; Walter Isenberg, CEO and Co-Founder of Sage Hospitality; Sarah E. Eustis, Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Hospitality; Jonathan Falik, CEO of JF Capital Advisors; and Alexandra Walterspiel, President & CEO of Sensei. The full speaker list encompasses senior executives from top investment, development, operations, branding, and asset-management firms.
The program features a comprehensive agenda delivering insights into the most critical issues facing luxury hotels. The conference schedule includes multiple concurrent stages, reflecting the breadth of themes covered—from market strategy and asset management to guest experience, branding, operations, design, and tech integration. Sessions will address topics such as growth strategy in the dynamic market, the role of AI and technology in personalization, balancing guest experience with operational cost, wellness and design trends, sustainability, hotel conversions and identity, and the future of guest services. Participants will also have access to an exhibition hub where vendors and service providers will showcase innovative products and solutions tailored for luxury hotels.
