Ticket bookings have officially opened for the 2026 edition of the WTM London 2026, organised by RX Global, following the event’s most successful edition to date in 2025.
Scheduled to take place from 3–5 November 2026 at ExCeL London, the upcoming edition is expected to build on last year’s record-breaking performance with an enhanced conference programme, expanded networking opportunities and several new features across the show floor.
Recognised as one of the world’s most influential travel and tourism events for almost five decades, WTM London continues to serve as a key global meeting point for travel professionals, tourism boards, destinations, hospitality brands, airlines, travel technology companies and industry decision-makers from around the world.
The 2025 edition delivered record numbers across multiple metrics. A total of 182 countries were represented at the event, while exhibitor participation increased by 5 percent year-on-year, driven largely by the rapidly expanding Travel Tech segment, which recorded an impressive 55 percent growth. Overall attendance reached 46,500 participants, while the event welcomed 5,500 qualified buyers, representing an increase of 8 percent compared to the previous edition.
Confirmed business meetings grew by 16 percent, surpassing 40,000 scheduled meetings, helping generate more than £2.2 billion in business deals directly attributed to the event.
For the 2026 edition, organisers have introduced paid visitor registration from the start of the campaign, aligning WTM London with other major global travel exhibitions. Ticket prices have initially been frozen at 2025 levels, with revenue generated through registrations being reinvested into new features, visitor experiences and the continued growth of the event.
Visitors who secure their tickets before 1 August 2026 will receive a 50 percent discount compared with on-site pricing while gaining access to the full conference programme, expert speaker sessions, the complete WTM Global Travel Report and thousands of exhibitors from across the global travel ecosystem.
Among the major attractions returning in 2026 is WTM Travel Tech, the co-located event dedicated to the rapidly growing travel technology sector, reflecting increasing industry demand for digital solutions and innovation.
Following its successful debut, WTM TrendFest will return with a more prominent position at the heart of the exhibition, while WTM TV is set to expand significantly with larger screens and increased visibility throughout the venue, ensuring greater exposure for key discussions and industry moments.
WTM London will also introduce a refreshed conference programme built around the theme “Resilience, rebound & reinvention: the next era of global travel.”
A major addition for 2026 is the launch of the WTM Wanderlust Headliner Stage, curated and hosted by official consumer media partner Wanderlust, bringing a broader consumer perspective to the event’s content programme.
The first confirmed speakers for the new stage include Andrew Flintham, Gloria Guevara, Michael Palin, Patricia Yates and Rob Ransom.
Alongside the Headliner Stage, the Trends Stage, Experience Hub and Future Stage will host senior executives and industry leaders discussing the trends and challenges shaping the future of global tourism.
Established features including the WTM Ministers’ Summit, organised in association with UN Tourism and the World Travel & Tourism Council, as well as the ITT Future You Forum, will return as part of the 2026 programme.
The highly anticipated WTM Global Travel Report will once again be unveiled during the event, offering valuable insights into changing traveller behaviour and emerging industry trends. Access to the full report will be included with every ticket purchase.
Another significant announcement for 2026 is the appointment of the Egyptian Tourism Authority as WTM London’s Premier Partner. The partnership reflects Egypt’s growing presence within the global tourism industry and its continued investment in international tourism promotion. In 2025, Egypt welcomed nearly 19 million international visitors, representing a 21 percent increase over 2024 and significantly outperforming the global tourism growth average.
Commenting on the upcoming edition, Chris Carter-Chapman said:
“WTM London 2025 set many records, providing us with an impressive platform for further success and growth in 2026. We look forward to welcoming the global travel industry in London to create new opportunities, fresh connections and more prosperity for our sector.”
With registrations now open, WTM London 2026 is expected to further strengthen its position as one of the world’s leading platforms for international travel business, destination marketing and tourism innovation.
